I have had Grace & Grace on our Workers Compensation, Liability and Auto insurance for the last few months. I have had all of these insurance on separate policies with multiple points of contact for Certs and questions. Grace & Grace has been our broker for most of the 14 years we have been in business. I would say that they are not only the most customer focused and attentive brokers we’ve ever had. They are also the most responsive vendor in general we’ve ever had. We do a large commercial business and I require a lot of additionally insured certificates. They have always said they can get those turned around for us within 24 hours, but honestly, I don’t think we’ve ever had one take much more than a few hours. Basically, if you send a request to Garry and don’t hear back from him within 24 hours, I’d consider sending an ambulance to his office as something’s probably happened to him. Again, about as responsive to requests as humanly possible, but certainly above and beyond expectations.
I’ve referred them to several colleagues and wouldn’t dream of switching brokers at this point.
